Peach Fest Pickleball Tournament

The Peach Fest Pickleball Tournament is coming up fast- dont miss your chance to compete!
Ruston Parks and Rec and The Ruston Sports Complex are offering three different divisions all with different age divisions: Men’s, Women’s, and Coed. Sign up here.

Peach Hunt- Presented by Origin Bank
June 2-6
Find a mystery card hidden in Ruston and you’ll have the key to win up to $750! Clues will be released every day at 10:00 am on the Louisiana Peach Festival Facebook, Ruston radio stations, and the Ruston Daily Leader. The winner must take a selfie at the location of the Peach Prize to prove authenticity. $500 will be awarded to the winner or $750 if you’re wearing this year’s festival shirt when you find the prize. Happy peach hunting!

Park Haus Cookery Contest
June 5, 5PM
Join us for the annual Peach Cookery Contest at the Ruston Farmers Market! On Thursday, June 5, the Park Haus Peach Cookery Contest will take place in the Drew Jones Teaching Kitchen. Home bakers of all ages are invited to enter their best peach pie or cobbler for a chance to win a grand prize, generously provided by Park Haus.
The contest includes two age groups: Adult (18+) and Youth. Space is limited to one category this year—peach pie or cobbler—so bring your best and let the peaches shine.
Dish Drop Off: June 5, 5PM-6PM
Award Ceremony: June 7
Entry Fee: $10 through May 30. After that, the fee increases to $15. Each entry must include two copies of your recipe, typed or neatly written on 4x6 cards. Be sure to write your name, address, and phone number on the back of one of the cards. Register here.

Peach Art Exhibit

The North Central Louisiana Arts Council will again host its popular Peach Art Exhibit during the festival. The exhibit features drawings, paintings, photography, 3-D art, and mixed media from artists of all ages. For more information, visit NCLAC website!

2025 Peach Parade

The Peach Parade is back! The Peach Parade will start at 6PM and begin exiting RHS parking lot and then travel to Alabama Ave, then to Monroe St., then to the South Service Rd back down James St and ending back at RHS.
Float Fee: $50; $60 after May 23. Make checks payable to: QUOTA of Ruston.

Run for the Peaches 5K
June 7, 7:30AM-9:30AM
Come kick off your Saturday festivities with Ruston High School cross country!
The race will start and finish at Trinity Methodist Church and will go on the Rock Island Greenway and back.
Awards will go to top 3 in age groups and overall Male and Female. Overall Male and Female win custom peach baskets.
Age group awards for the following groups:
0-12, 13-19,20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,60-69, 70+
Last day to register and guarantee a T-shirt is May 18.

Queen Dixie Gem Peach and Princess Peach Pageant

Queen Dixie Gem Peach will be open to any girl living in and attending school in Lincoln Parish who has completed 8th, 9th, 10th, or 11th grade. Princess Peach is for residents or someone who has grandparents in Lincoln parish and is between the ages of 4 and 6.
